the hotel was a great holiday base near the market for fresh produce and the sea. I booked a studio suite with AC, it was a modern room. 3. Having a microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges was a definite advantage.

The hotel is quiet with quiet atmosphere, the location is lovely so close to bakery & grocery store for early morning breakfast dash. The rooms are new-fashioned and airy with AC and the staff are affable.

Conveniently located near Split, with a grocery store nearby for quick breakfast runs, as well as plenty of bars and restaurants around the harbor.

elegant rooms in split exceeded my expectations with their modern and clean accommodations, including a fantastic shower and helpful amenities. the host was accommodating and made check-in and check-out a breeze. great wifi and tv in the room. highly recommend for a comfortable stay in split!

Despite being close to a bustling street, the room was soundproof and we didn't hear any disturbances. The location of this hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the seafront and the charming old town. The staff, especially Paula, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back!

During my solo trip, I found an exceptional centrally located accommodation. the pleasant hosts welcomed me with prompt check, in and check, out. the room was just like the pictures with modern furniture and amazing bathrooms. the shower was top, notch, and the hairdryer added to the convenience. the availability of a coffee machine and great wifi made my stay even comfier. the place was close to various restaurants and shopping centers that were perfect for my needs.

It was a little confusing to find the hotel since the name wasn't prominently displayed.

The apartment was so good in every way. The location was convenient, with easy access to the promenade and all the attractions we wanted to visit. The room itself was modern, bright, and spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail, like the comfortable bed and blackout curtains, ensured a peaceful night's sleep. We especially appreciated the little balcony, where we could enjoy our morning coffee. The soundproofing was so excellent that we couldn't hear any street noise once we closed the windows. we had a fantastic experience at Elegant Residence Rooms & Apartments and would highly recommend it to others.

While we had a great stay, it's worth mentioning that there are a few stairs to navigate from the street to the front door. This might be challenging for individuals with mobility issues or those carrying large luggage.

We appreciated the room's quietness, which was surprising given it was so close to the busy street. the property was a 2-minute walk from the seafront, and we enjoyed lovely winter walks by the sea.

The price for the room was quite high. We found it to be expensive, and our budget suffered due to this choice.

Sadly, our Christmas at this hotel was less than ideal. Even though the room seemed to be cleaned before our arrival, there was still some leftover trash in the bin that was not emptied properly.
